Your role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager, located in the United Kingdom, with minimum 5 years experience in Business Development or Account Management and ideally a proven track record in software selling and/or in a (Marketing) Technology environment.

You will help Stampix expand into the U.K. market 🇬🇧, as our 1st full-time hire you form a cornerstone in the company’s ambitious plans to scale internationally.

You are responsible for generating qualitative leads, opportunities & revenue from leading brands in Telecom, Energy, Insurance & Travel. Based on your experience as a sales professional, you’re able to perform research, identify the which opportunities to focus on and translate pains into a business case for photo rewards. Thanks to your creative messages across various channels, you’re able to set up introductory calls with our ideal customer profiles (ICP) repeatedly.

By excelling in your role you will have a big impact on the company’s growth and lay the foundation for expansion in other markets. Based on your own success in the UK, you’re poised to become Stampix’ next sales leader as we conquer more European markets & eventually the US. You will join a sales team with 3 other senior Business Development Managers, each focusing on their own markets. You will work closely with and report directly to our Founder & CEO.

<aside> 💰 Revenue Responsibility With quarterly revenue targets and an attractive bonus system in place, we’re looking for a competitive profile with a winner’s mentality. Thanks to your experience in sales, you’re able to create a realistic yearly sales plan, keep track of your performance and map yourself against benchmarks.


<aside> 🎣 Opportunities After a crash course in loyalty marketing, you’re able to resonate with your target accounts at C-level. Thanks to your strong communication & presentation skills you can provide them with relevant content about loyalty marketing, to nurture them and generate pipeline velocity.


<aside> 📢 Prospecting 95% of prospects aren’t ready to buy right now… so it’s your job to make sure they know & trust us by then. A key challenge is to get a prospect’s attention and craft creative messages so they take on a discovery call with you. You love to hustle & grind, bundle your effort in sales sprints and don’t shy away from new experiments. Beside email & LinkedIn, you’ll pick up the phone and attend key events to pitch Stampix in real life.


<aside> 🧭 Strategy As part of the Sales Team, we’ll brainstorm about new ABM-playbooks & perform experiments with messages and content in sales sprints. Beside becoming a thought leader in Loyalty, you will continue to master of the art and science of B2B sales.
